Tip: What email address are you using? Many professionals have more than one email, and often a "Reset Password" request is made when someone is logging in to the chapter website with a different/new email. Every once in awhile, there is a typo or an email address gets corrupted, or a firm changes their e-mail address protocols, too - so double check the syntax. Current Members are recognized by the system based upon the email being using to log in. If you have more than one email, your membership status will only be recognized by one. |
