The Essential Hub of our Financial Planning Community.

Empower financial planners by connecting them with the resources necessary to elevate their community impact.

What can we connect you with today?

Chapter Resources to help you Maintain your Professional Designation:

FPAAZ Continuing Education Offerings:

FPAAZ hosts between 24-30 gatherings annually, at varied locations across major metro areas, with at least half of the gatherings qualifying for CFP(R) Professional continuing education credit.  Our focus is on identifying topics our community highly desires, paired when possible with local subject matter experts in conversational, entertaining formats.  Many/most gatherings are Face to Face, with the potential for watch parties in other metro locations.  Watch our Connections Calendar.

FPAAZ Actively Cultivates Quality Continuing Education for Adult Learners:

Introducing: Learning Hub Note this version is still a draft. We are close to our final Adult Learning Workbook.

AZ Ethics Compliance:

FPAAZ is recognized as a center of excellence for CFP(R) Ethics education, due to the application of Learning Hub+ principles when delivering this mandatory content.  Notably, our chapter was chosen to facilitate a focus group in the summer of 2024, reviewing and providing commentary to CFP Board of Standards education staff on their planned, updated course content.

Annually expect at least one opportunity to complete your required CFP Ethics course credit.

FPAAZ supports unique Ethics content for Insurance Licensed professionals, as well as IAR/RIA Ethics continuing education. "Good People. Bad Things." leverages the Learning Hub+ adult learning toolkit - resulting in a fast moving 4 hour workshop that connects the dots between your firms' published values and your compliance obligations.

Introducing:  Compliance Hub+

Future planned additions to the Compliance Hub+ include a series of compliance resources not readily available elsewhere.

Professional Development Programming:

FPAAZ  created a series of 9 Workshops using the Learning Hub+ toolkit and checklists.  The 9 Workshop topics evolved from our collective effort to nurture and nourish leadership and teamwork capable of impacting Financial Literacy in Arizona in notable ways.

Introducing: Professional Development+    [PDP+]

Tip:  For PDP+ Learning that Sticks, volunteer with any FPAAZ chapter team.

Community Collaboration:

FPAAZ's Vision is to be an Essential Hub in our Financial Planning Community.  Overtly seeking and providing Chapter to Chapter continuing education support and Organization to Organization collaborative learning options is simply what we do.  All of the above work and content is intended to be as available, affordable, useful, and valuable as possible for others in our profession.
