Who Is FPAAZ CE For?

Open to all financial planning professionals—CFP® designees, allied professionals, advisors, students, retirees—regardless of membership status or metro location. Your interest is your ticket in. 

What’s On Offer?

A diverse, dynamic mix of:

  • CE–eligible sessions (including CFP Board Ethics, Insurance/IAR/RIA ethics, Professional Development)

  • Professional‑craft workshops (PDP+ series)

  • Networking mixers & social events

  • Volunteer leadership working groups & operational meetings 

When & Where?

  • Generally Wednesdays (afternoons): Education & socials 

  • Thursdays (3:30 PM): Working‑group collaboration

  • Monthly frequency: Approximately 20‑24 connection opportunities a year (biweekly rhythm, slower in summer)

  • Formats include: Face‑to‑face, virtual, or hybrid (watch‑party style where available)

Our LearningHub+ ecosystem ensures sessions are both rigorous and engaging, featuring:

  • LearningHub+ resources for presenters

  • Interactive formats like workshops, case studies, field trips, discussion groups

  • Ethics and compliance content aligned with CFP Board Fiduciary Duty and the Practice Standards

  • PDP+ certificate pathway—complete all workshops over 36 months and earn your certificate 

Cost & Value

  • Mostly free or low‑cost: Many sessions included or discounted with membership

  • Select programs (e.g., Planner2Planner) may be member‑exclusive or tiered pricing

  • Your dues underwrite staff, infrastructure, advocacy efforts, and financial‑literacy programming
