The Essential Hub of our Financial Planning Community.

We empower financial planners by connecting them with the resources necessary to elevate their community impact.

What can we connect you with today?

Presenting in Elevate+

Shaping the future of professional learning — together.

Elevate+ is a component of FPAAZ’s LearningHub+ Adult Learning Journey,

designed to deliver quality local learning that is engaging, rigorous, and relationship-driven.

This is not like traditional continuing education delivery models.

It is an invitation to our Partners to help shape what interactive professional learning

looks and feels like for financial planners — now and into the future.

Why Elevate+ Exists

Elevate+ was created to move beyond lecture-based continuing education and toward learning that reflects how professionals actually grow:

  • interactive, not passive

  • dialog-driven, not sales-oriented

  • generous with insight, tools, and perspective

Our goal is to create learning environments where planners think differently, participate actively, and leave with ideas they can use immediately.

What Your Partnership Makes Possible

FPAAZ heavily supports the Elevate+ learning ecosystem so Partners can focus on learning and engagement, not logistics or compliance.  Relationships over everything else!

FPAAZ provides and covers:

  • CE submission, education sponsor qualification, and all relevant reporting

  • All CE-related administrative and compliance costs

  • Programming design and Professional Development volunteer support

  • Virtual hosting, facilitation, and moderation

  • Registration, attendance tracking, and Mentimeter access

  • Marketing and audience building

  • Operational and reputational risk

Your Partner contributions fund the learning infrastructure that benefits our entire community, not individual sessions or events.

Elevate+ and PDP+: Growing Together on Purpose

FPAAZ is launching Elevate+ and PDP+ at the same time — intentionally.

PDP+ is a three-year professional development pathway for early-career planners whose firms are investing in their long-term growth as future supervisors, managers, partners, and owners. Each PDP+ cohort begins with the Professional Workbook and a facilitated kickoff workshop focused on adult learning, self-discovery, and intentional career development.

Elevate+ complements this pathway by serving as a live demonstration of adult learning principles in action.

Partners are welcome to participate in both environments:

  • through Elevate+, by presenting and modeling high-quality professional learning, and

  • through PDP+, by showing up alongside planners in workshops and learning sessions over time.

These initiatives are designed to grow together, reinforcing shared language, expectations, and learning culture.

Who You’ll Be Engaging With

Elevate+  will market to, and attract, a consistent and diverse learning audience, including:

  • Experienced CFP® Professionals seeking predictable, high-quality CE

  • Students eager to engage in professional-level learning

  • Catalyst and PDP+ participants whose employers view chapter engagement as part of their professional development

  • FPAAZ chapter leaders modeling participation and community support

Sessions that invite dialogue and shared problem-solving resonate strongly across all of these groups.

What Elevate+ Is — and Is Not

Elevate+ is:

  • relationship-based learning

  • people-first visibility

  • interactive and discussion-driven

Elevate+ is not:

  • a sales presentation

  • a lead distribution channel

  • a logo-driven sponsorship opportunity

Education expands a planner’s independent capability.
Sales talk preserves dependence on the presenter.

We design Elevate+ for the former.

Learning Standards: The “+

The “+” in Elevate+ signals rigorous + engaging learning.

Partners who choose to earn the “+” distinction work with FPAAZ’s Professional Development volunteers and lean into adult learning engagement strategies — including discussion, reflection, and practical takeaways.

Participation does not require earning the “+”.
The distinction is optional, visible, and aspirational.

How We Work Together

FPAAZ hosts Hubbles most Mondays as an open forum for questions, alignment, and support.

Partners are expected to:
                    • review available materials,
                    • come prepared, and
                    • engage proactively.

To use staff and volunteer time responsibly, FPAAZ does not support last-minute changes or rushed requests.

Alignment and preparation matter.

As Elevate+ evolves, FPAAZ is becoming increasingly intentional about partner alignment.

Our goal is to continue working with Partners who share our values.
