Board Directors: 2 year terms, up to 6 years.  Open to current FPAAZ members, via nomination and election by the members.


Board Committees: 1 year terms. Open to at large board members and interested financial planning community volunteers.

FPAAZ Board meets monthly, generally 90 minutes, generally on the 4th Wed starting at 12:30 pm.  Board Meetings are open to any/all community members wanting to observe, learn more about board norms.  Requests for agenda time are welcome, generally starting the first week of every month.  Email Admin@FPAAZ.org, subject line:  Board Agenda Request.  


General Circle - Tactical

(where we work IN the chapter)


Working Groups.  24 month terms, no term limit. 

Leaders seated by CEO Appointment.  Open to FPAAZ members.

FPAAZ General Circles meet whenever there are 5 Thursdays in a month - roughly 4 times annually, via Zoom.  General Circles focus on improving communications and reducing silos between any/all Working Teams.  Each Working Group shares future activity planning and looks for opportunities to leverage and help each other.  Any/all community members wanting to observe and learn more about the chapter are welcome to attend.








Most of our Board, General Circle, and Working Team sessions

are held virtually via the chapters' Zoom Room,

which means no matter where you reside,

you can connect to our work and our learning.

In addition to Zooming in to our Monday Hubbles,  the chapter schedules Leadership Academies several times annually to help interested community members learn more about how the chapter operates and where/how they can match their ambitions to our work.
