Please, please, please - Set aside your powerpoints and other slide decks with speaker notes.
It's OK to start with them, but you want to pivot from anything that moves you toward a Lecture Style delivery.
You want to move toward visual aids that support conversation and dialogue.
You are a Subject Matter Expert, but your role in Elevate+ is Discussion Host.
Your aim is to hear directly from every single professional in the Zoom at least once. Ideally, voluntarily, because they can't wait to share what's on their mind or the questions that they have.

Please review the attached Elevate+ Compliance FAQ for our planned participation in FPAAZ’s Elevate+ virtual learning series.
Elevate+ is an education-first forum (not a marketing or solicitation event) and FPAAZ controls the event environment,
including facilitation, attendance verification, and CFP® CE submission/reporting where applicable.
Our role would be to provide educational content and facilitate discussion consistent with FPAAZ standards.

Speaker contact information is accessible through the FPAAZ membership directory.
Registrants who wish to follow up will be directed to the directory and/or FPAAZ Admin support to facilitate appropriate connection.

When you know what visual content you want to support your conversation, and you know what kinds of exercises or questions or interactive components you want to incorporate, it is relatively easy for our team to upload them into the Session Menti.
You may also design your own interactions and "share screen" to showcase your visual content.
